For the first time in the show’s history, a date the Isle of Fernando’s was not shown, after it transpired in the press just days after the broadcast that Aaron was in fact a male escort, who at the time of appearing on the show, also had a girlfriend and had also received a criminal conviction for punching a woman. It also later transpired that Wen was also a prostitute for a short period - and thus, at the request of the pair, their date segment was cut from the programme.
